Everything about Templemacateer was a pleasure. Bernie and Declan were the loveliest of hosts. The weather was bad and when we got in they had a big fire waiting for us with tea and cakes. A beautiful evening on a miserable night. The breakfast was just as good with fresh fruit salad, cereals and a choice of breakfasts. The house was absolutely spotless and the beds so comfortable with lovely linen. I really can't say enough about this beautiful place and I will definitely try to stay there again when I amin moate

I got a very friendly welcome with the offer of a drink, although there were a bottle of water and tea making facilities in the room.
The room and separate private bathroom were very clean. The breakfast offer (to choose of ahead!) is huge and I got an extra serving of excellent pancakes!
Although I had some problems with the internet I enjoyed my stay in this friendly and nice place very much. Thank you!

Bernie was so understanding from the start .We arrived early and our room was ready . We were offered tee on arrival. The beds were comfy and it was like a home from home . Home made jam was delicious and the fresh coffee was a real treat. Pancakes and seconds really made my daughters morning. My 5 year old daughter did not want to leave taking over the private sitting room. I forgot to pack Laura little teddy and Bernie rang to inform me and I picked it up. My daughter gave Bernie this big hug on leaving. Thank you Bernie for a great weekend.
Bernie is very welcoming and makes sure that we're happy and enjoy the experience... It was enjoyable to talk with her.. and she's given us great advice to eat out in the evening...
She is very quiet which was really appreciated by some of us in the morning ! I've tried French toast with banana and walnut.... and it was fabulous !
