Overlooking the Connemara coast and Galway Bay, Tigh Fitz Bed and Breakfast is located on Inis More which is the largest of the 3 Aran Islands and features several ancient stone forts and churches. Kilronan, the island capital, is just 1.6 km away.

Home away from home (sometimes better ;-) Complete, so comfortable, so clean and as cosy as it can get. We had great expectations for the island but they were surpassed by the wonderful accomodation. And the nice staff and kindness and sage of Penny´s advice, really great. Thank you so much and looking soooo forward to return to the End/Center of the World

I expected something so close to the pier to be kind of dingy. Not the case at all. The room was clean and beautiful and the staff were kind and responsive. Great spot.

Such a beautiful little B&B in the perfect location on the island. We arrived much earlier than check in, but it was no bother to the hostess, who stored our luggage, and gave us a voucher to visit Dun Aengus. Breakfast was a delight, the bed was comfy, and the house is lovely. Couldn't ask for a better stay with a friendlier hostess.

The b and b was fantastic! It is an old house renovated to perfection. Penny the owner and host is extremely kind and welcoming. The place runs like a well oiled machine, with care taken in every aspect. Highly recommend staying here. We brought our two children and they loved it.

Our room was beautifully appointed, comfortable, and very quiet. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful water view. The full Irish breakfast was delicious and the healthy option that I had on day 2 was also delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and Penny went above and beyond to assist us on a number of occasions. We felt completely looked after and I'd love to return some day.

Charming and traditional Irish bed and breakfast right on the sea. Our room had a fabulous sea view and was very comfortable. Penny, the owner is so welcoming. She serves a full Irish breakfast but also offers fruit platters, porridge etc in a charming breakfast room. We spent two nights and I wish we had two weeks to stay. The rooms are clean and comfy.

Quiet place and a traditional bed and breakfast, with a nice view toward Kilronan harbour. Our luggage was dropped for free by the bike shop. Penny is a lovely day who even asked us if we needed a taxi to get back to the harbour. Comfortable beds, hot shower with good water pressure. Great traditional Irish breakfast to get fuel for a walk or a ride around the island.

Adorable house with the best view on the island! I loved the owner, she was so kind and also she is an excellent cook, our breakfast was amazing, even better than any Irish breakfast in Dublin's cafes! Very clean, quiet, cozy and comfortable apartment, we even think to come back in summer! Great location by the seacoast and near ancient beautiful cemetery.

Room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely view of the bay from our bed. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Its located about a 5-6 minute cycle to the harbour, so it's a great location and very quiet. Penny was very helpful especially when we were trying to get our bags down to the boat, as we couldn't manage them on our bikes
