Nordav Guesthouse, hotel in Clonakilty

Nordav B&B offers accommodation 400 metres from Clonakilty town centre. Free WiFi and free private parking are available. The rooms include a flat-screen TV.

We had a fantastic one night stay here. There was a very warm welcome from Aoife, David and Peter who couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. This secluded Irish family home is comfortable and delightfully furnished with art on the walls, soft couches, curios and ever so comfy beds. We were given a glorious full Irish breakfast outside in the sunshine. We were also given fresh pastries and fruit with yoghurt all beautifully presented. Our only regret is that we were only staying for one night. Thank you so much everyone at Nordav, we will return.

The Brown Hen Guest Accommodation, hotel in Clonakilty

Providing garden views, The Brown Hen Guest Accommodation in Bandon offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace. The rooms feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries.

It was a big surprise that we were actually sleeping in a lodge inside a farm, with many cows as our neighbors! Gwyneth was very caring and always tried her best to help. The room was big, clean and well-equipped. The hidden pantry, disguised as a wardrobe, was another surprise to us. Preparing breakfast on our own with all the provisions was fun.

Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Beautiful old decor - others might think it dated- I thought it was charming and just delightful. Full of character unlike the hotel chains. Write special actually. Sorry to miss their trad session on Tuesday night. Real fires to die for!

It was fab. Great location in the centre of Clonakilty, the main man that I think might be the owner was so lovely, nothing was a problem for him, the breakfast was tasty & many options, we actually ate in the pub one night too & that was great, the pub is so cute & cosy. We had a twin room which was clean, quiet & the beds/duvets were so comfy! I’d defo stay here again if ever back in Clonakilty!

Great location, right in the centre of town, with parking at the rear of the building. Large comfortable room with lots of lighting - so many hotels have really inadequate lighting in their rooms for anybody who wants to work or write. Excellent breakfast as well. I would be happy to stay again whenever I'm in the area
