Gardiner Lodge, hotel in Cloghran

Boasting a terrace, Gardiner Lodge is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in the centre of Dublin, close to Connolly Train Station.

We were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness and comfort of our room. The staff were all professional and delightful and we enjoyed both our dining experiences for dinner and breakfast. We liked staying away from the hub bub of the core area and it was an easy taxi ride in and out for pubs and shopping. We were also”new” to driving on the opposite side than we were used to and so the location and free parking were perfect for us that way as well.

Catherine was lovely and advised on how to best get to the concert at Croke park and where to get good breakfast in the area. The double room was comfortable and the furniture and decor in the room and bathroom is modern and stylish. The price was reasonable considering we stayed there to go to the Coldplay concert and hotel prices skyrocketed. Thank you for that!
