My dad, son and I had a wonderful stay in a spacious and spotless room that felt warm and homely—exactly what you'd hope for in a B&B. The host was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten intolerance as someone with Celiac disease. Plenty of parking available too.

The house is under renovation. The downstairs area is more complete than upstairs. There is a large kitchen and living room you can avail of. All the beds are new and very comfortable. The house was very quiet. Gerard is a wonderful host and makes sure you have everything you need. If you want a comfortable bed and warm environment this will meet your needs. The price reflects that there is further work to be completed on the house. It is definitely a work in progress, but can be enjoyed at good rates until then! Wifi and surrounding nature was great.

Very good location, just a short walking distance to the town and supermarket. Bonus to have parking space without worry. The room size is good and there are two sofa sitting spaces. It is very quiet although it is near the town. The host is very kind to offer some snacks and milk in the fridge. We booked two rooms and she let us late check out so we could have time to take a walk inside the Adare Manor after breakfast there.

We just stayed one night midweek in January so it was very quiet. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We had an excellent breakfast in the room, one of the best I have had in a long time...with really polished cutlery! We had a lovely stay.
