Everything was amazing! The room was so comfortable and clean. Looks even better than the pictures plus our room had a gorgeous view of the volcano.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our guide Wi was so nice and did an amazing job! I really recommend the tour from the hotel. It's very comfortable to wake up and go. Tour was only $35 (without hotsprings) but included a great breakfast. Having a tour for the Volcano is a must in my option. they not only guide you how to get there but it keeps things organised. With so many people that hike the volcano for the sunrise, it would be chaos without a guide. plus they show you were the steam is and they take pictures for you. so happy we went. thank you!

The place is very nice, the room is clean and has everything you need. Having your own hot spring pool was the highlight of this accomodation! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only bad thing is that you can hear the traffic noise a bit during the night.

The cottage was amazing. Great location for the climb and the staff are so friendly and accomodating. For what you pay a night the amenities are fantastic.
New cottage, the view of the volcano is stunning. The staff is really very kind and helpful, special thanks to Louis who gave us so many useful tips, and it served us as a luxury service!

I liked the hot spring tube, it was perfect after hike on the Mt. Batur. The owner arranged a private tour guide for the sunrise hike to the Mt. Batur. If you wanna have fun and great pictures and videos of yourself, ask for Gede the local guide. At the accomodation they also prepared bonfire with live acustic music on gituar. It's a perfect romantic getaway with hotspring. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared.

Love the outdoor grass area, very quaint, quiet away from the crowd. We even played some frisbee! Staff is very attentative and even helped booked us with a private tour guide up mount batur!
Great location, in a quiet location 5 minutes drive from the volcano. We had a great time! The owner met us and told us about everything, he was very polite. I would especially like to mention the pool with a hot spring, if you are going to go to these places - be sure to visit this hotel with a hot spring, you will not regret it.
