Everything was amazing! The room was so comfortable and clean. Looks even better than the pictures plus our room had a gorgeous view of the volcano.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our guide Wi was so nice and did an amazing job! I really recommend the tour from the hotel. It's very comfortable to wake up and go. Tour was only $35 (without hotsprings) but included a great breakfast. Having a tour for the Volcano is a must in my option. they not only guide you how to get there but it keeps things organised. With so many people that hike the volcano for the sunrise, it would be chaos without a guide. plus they show you were the steam is and they take pictures for you. so happy we went. thank you!

What we have most enjoyed, apart from the hotel which was very nice, is the trek for the sunrise on Mount Batur thanks to our excellent and friendly guide Nyoman. We recommend him strongly.

Good value for money. They have a private pool for each cottage with warm water, we took a bath in there in the night and after the mount batur. Excellent place to start the mount batur sunrise tour, since it took only 20min to the base camp. The business owner was very helpful. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed it.
Great location to see Mt Batur. Such a beautiful place giving you a stunning view of the mountains and the village. Considering the price, it is really great value for money. Beautiful room and outdoor bathroom. Limited choice of food, but with very low prices. My husband enjoyed the local morning market very much! We bought several bags of yummy mangosteen and mangoes at a very low price.

View was unreal, easy to get to mount Batur and the hotel can help with tours which take you to see the black lava as-well. This tour was relatively cheap aswell compared to prices on get your guide it was half price for a private keep tour, just make sure you bring a jacket because it’s freezing in the morning. The jeep tour is included int eh pictures.
The location was good. Nice view over the lake and pretty quiet apart Roosters singing all night.
The hotpools are a bonus as even in the summer the evenings get chilly. Could be a little more enclosed though to make it more private.
Great location, quiet and local, with a perfect view over Mt Batur and the lake... The guys working there were lovely and couldn't do enough to make sure my friends and I were comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning, hot drinks and snacks offered on arrival, bonfire in the evening...
