It was one of the few options available as we booked a few days before our stay. It wasn't as impeccably clean as advertised (mainly due to cobwebs and spiders, under beds wasn't cleaned for ages) but it was fine for the 3 nights we stayed. We didn't have cash and the owner was flexible and allowed us to make a bank transfer. We had a bit of an issue with the bedlinen but it was rectified next day and owner was very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay, it’s a great apartment room with beautiful garden terrace. Everything new and clean. Private parking available and nice coffee shop at the property. At the end of the garden there is a sauna as well. Also walking a couple of minutes you can find a restaurant and a bar.

Excellent old palatial hotel in a great location, with superb staff, and a memorable restaurant. Their spa and wellness center provided a welcome addition to our stay.
The location of the hotel is excellent, in front of the lake. It is close to all hiking trails, no need to use a car at all. There is convenient parking, the room is quiet even though it was above their restaurant. The level of cleanliness is excellent. The price is definitely right for what I got.Hotel guests receive a 15% discount in their restaurant. The restaurant is excellent, delicious food and good service.
Great location next to the lake, walking distance from the bus and local train stops. The hiking trail is also only a few steps away. The hotel has a cute restaurant with great views and huge portions of delicious Hungarian food.
Breakfast and dinner choice were OK. The room was quiet and really big for 2 people with a lovely big terrace.
The location is exceptional. Wellness services are high quality, many options, even a little gym.
I liked outstanding location, cleanliness, comfort, fantastic staff and service and also excellent breakfast.
