This was hands down one of the best accomodations we have been to. Check-in was easy, the lady at the reception was very nice. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes away from the University, the park and the spa. City centre is about 25-30min away by foot. The apartment was very clean, equipped with everything you could need: kitchen, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, safe, rack for drying clothes etc., Tv, including Netflix.
The hotel has good location, close to the city center and on a very quiet street.
The rooms were clean. There is a nice yard to relax and the hosts were very kind.
The owner was extremely friendly and offered me a second accommodation as the one I have booked was already fully booked. Basic accommodation for what you pay, in the city center, quiet.
The location is absolutely great! Aquaticum is 1 min away, the villa is in the park so it is very quiet.
Tram is 2 minutes away and it takes you to the city center really fast.
Breakfast was good, not 4 stars breakfast but you could eat something for sure.

Lovely gardens with beautiful flowers & shade from trees, pool, two jacuzzi & sauna- with lots of sunbeds- our room opened onto covered terrace which was just lovely especially as it was so hot in Debrecen during our visit.
The air conditioning in room was very welcome and there is a fridge which was useful.

It's also very easy to find- on bus routes, easy to walk to city centre and cheap to use taxis - and rooms all very quiet (no street noise at all).
