Location allowing easy city sight seeing walk. Quiet (residential neighbourhood) albeit it bordered a main road but that was not to noisy (Thurs night / Friday morning). Welcoming staff Good shower / bathroom & towel provision - any place with includes a face rag in the towel offering is positive.

This hotel is more like a bed and breakfast. It’s cozy, the people are very friendly and the food was amazing. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and those ladies took care of me. The prices are reasonable too. I’m planning a trip back soon so my daughter can experience what I did and possibly my birthday at the end of year. Thanks a bunch Antonia and Reema.

Breakfast was delivered to the room! Excellent location - walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and loads of produce vendors line the streets close by. Classy and clean! Security quietly watches entrances. Bed sheets were quality all the way. Absolutely charming.

Room was large and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and despite there being a party the floor below, it was quiet and very private! Wished we could have stayed longer as we had an early check out but would stay there again!

My stay at the Durban hotel did not feel like I was at a hotel. It felt like home, the entire Hotel was very quiet, even though it had staff moving around & I got the best sleep of my life. I liked the timed a/c , it blew on & off, so the room wasn't too cold. I also liked the staff very much. They were very helpful and Mr Adams the owner was a great host. I would definitely recommend this place.
