Fantastic Location only a few mins walk (3-5 minutes) walk to Fira downtown. The hotel looked stunning and the room was very comfortable to stay in. I arrived late after the desk had closed, so the reception left me a printed note welcoming me to the hotel and direction to getting to my room! I was so happy to see that the hotel management cared about my arrival. I saw the lady at the desk the next day and she was so nice I will never forget. My stay was smooth and comfortable thanks to Sweet Pop.

From the minute we got out of the taxi the host (Irini) was so welcoming and helpful. She provided water on arrival which was a life saver as it was so hot. Irini also gave an information sheet on the island which covered the best places to swim and all the sights to be seen. Our room was very clean, the beds were big and comfy and the jacuzzi was definitely an essential. My friend and I didn’t even need to leave the accomodation to get food as Irini ordered us room service from nearby restaurants. Was the best experience I have had at any hotel in Europe so far.
