How SPACIOUS it is for the price tag! Along with the location it is a complete win. Furthermore, the customer service is exceptional. Needed to get some water at 3am, texted the WhatsApp number and ended up having a funny and professional chat!!

Right from the beginning the stay was lovely. The host was amazing and so friendly, and the room had a beautiful view of Mytilini. It was very clean and air conditioned! The location was also perfect; it was right in the centre and only a short walk to the beaches. I would definitely stay here again.

Margarita and her daughter, Anna were wonderful hosts. We felt we had known Margarita for many years.
They looked after us so well. The views, the food, the horses, were all wonderful and our lodge was so beautiful.
We were very sad to leave and will definitely be back again one day.

This simple little cottage is heaven, the location and views are truly breathtaking! We absolutely loved staying here with our daughter and felt very at home here. The owners are very friendly and are here to help you with anything.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
I stayed here for 4 nights. Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms & swimming pool, great sea view, all-you-can-eat breakfast, quiet and family-friendly atmosphere, fast internet, cold & hot water in the shower, working A/C, 5-min-away location from the city centre (port) by car, bus stops right in front of the hotel. They even let us check out a little longer and stay in the pool area after check-out. What else could I ask for? This amazing crew deserves the best! Efcharisto for the hospitality ❤️
The hotel itself is brand new, clean and comfy. Location of the hotel is good, 10 to 15 min ride to Mtyhlini city center, hotel has a nearby coast (even though it's not private), staff is friendly and helpful, i would like to especially thank our host Dimitria for her problem solving and positive approach. They can provide you with their cars if you are in a tight spot.
Beautifull home in quiet location. The owner was really helpful, always available. We stayed for two days. At first we were afraid that it is far from the city center but it is not. 5-10 walk and you are in the very center. One thing I have to mention: towels and sheets had a very beautiful smell :) and as well we got some local goodies from the owner.
A really welcoming place, with a very helpful manager. It was a pleasant, short walk to the city centre. The stay was a great one: the team taking care of the cleanliness of the room, all the necessary equipment (AC, kitchen stuff, iron, fridge etc.) available; fast Internet. The place quiet and peaceful, no disturbances.
The apartment is new and fully equipped, walking distance to the city centre. The area is quiet and parking is not hard to find. The best part is the host, very kind and helpful! Highly recommended!

Fabulous location 20 meters from the sea with access to your very own private beach. I swam everyay! Charming rustic property with everything you need. Great wifi lots of hot water and air conditioning. Very secure. Free parking. It also comes with a friendly cat who pops in from time to time to say hello!
Great location; in the middle of the center of Mytilini. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. The old castle, the statue of liberty... are all on walking distance. The apartment is located in the shopping street. Quiet and clean place, good to relax. Good equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms with double beds. Modern (rather tiny) bathroom.
