The property is located at an amazing location with view over the Kini beach and surrounding area. You can watch the sunset and sunrise due to its geolocation. The hotel itself has a wonderful architecture in line with the natural landscape. Minimalistic, well thought through even to the smallest detail. The interior and outdoor design and decoration is as if it’s from a magazine. Superb breakfast with local produce, tailored to guests’ needs. Spotless clean rooms. At the bar area there is an amazing pool to cool off during the day and evening. The place is screaming sustainability. What made me love this place even more is its hosts, Terezdina and Andreas (and their amazing team) who have been extremely helpful from the get go, friendly and always with a smile on their face. In addition to their love for really good music and of course, animals. Their genuine unpretentious hospitality and their attentiveness and proactiveness does not go unnoticed and it was greatly appreciated by my mum and I.

The location was excellent walking distance to everything.And the accommodation was very nice, the place had 2 patios, which I enjoyed Kostas the owner meet me at the town square the day I arrived which was really nice of him, made things easier for me. If I ever I get back to Syros I would definitely wants to stay At Villa Maria again.

I will definitely return and recommend to friends. modern, spotless, quiet and super comfy. only thing lacking for me was a kitchen/more utensils, but that is just a personal choice and if you are happy with just a fridge and coffee then it is MORE than great! Would highly recommend staying here! Very friendly and attentive staff, and an excellent location (right by the ferry port and bus stops).
This is a slightly quieter part of town, but you're still very close to the action if you want to be. The room was modern and beautifully furnished, and also very clean. We received a hamper with local food upon arrival which was lovely. The property also provided us with an excellent list of local restaurants, many of which we tried and which were all amazing. The bathroom was huge and felt very luxurious, and included lots of special details. The airconditioning worked very well, and I saw that the apartment also had central heating so it would probably be very cosy here in winter as well!
As we are young we didn't mind the staircase down to the bathroom and toilet (this was a feature specific to our room, the 1864) - however, this might be something to be aware of if you're older and have a lot of difficulty with steps. For us the staircase added to the charm of the apartment, as it meant that the bathroom was on an entirely different floor. It almost felt like we were staying in a house!
I also noticed that reviews for the other rooms were impressed by the soundproofing - our room was a bit noisier because it was right in front of a parking spot for motorbikes, so there was occasional noise when someone would leave or arrive. We didn't find this annoying, but if you're a very light sleeper you may prefer to book one of the other rooms at the property.
I would definitely stay here again!

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.

Set on a quiet alleyway 30 seconds from the beach, pure heaven and we arrived to a plate of fresh fruit and water in the fridge.
It's a beautiful place to stay. Owned by a charming greek family ! The rooms were beautifully decorated and we felt like home. The restaurant also is very very good. The beach is 6 minutes away by foot. It's quiet, sunny, and so charming. Thanks so much.
Christiana was a great host. Living next door meant she was always available and willing to help us with all aspects of our stay. The White Lotus is spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has good facilities for making simple meals. The property is situated on a beach that is away from the main town beach and is usually very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely be happy to stay here again when we return to Syros.
I thought the room was very good value and in a great location. It had everything we needed (aircon, clean shower, fridge and self service facilities), was nice and quiet and had a lovely terrace outside. The host was very welcoming and gave us some fruit and a glass of wine when we arrived. The communication and directions before we arrived was great.
Lovely part of island and great location in Kini. The hosts were more than accomadating. The suite was lovely and quiet with a comfy bed. They were really helpful with a late check out and transfers as well. Highly recommended
The owner was very hospitable and welcomed us with an amazing fruitsalad dish and wine and was generally there most times to ensure that we were well taken care of. The room was quiet and had a nice private terrace with sea view. Higly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at Soula's apartment! Great location near the beach but also quiet, clean apartment and a great value for money.
The older owners are very discrete and even they do not speak English they are very helpful. The younger Vasilis speaks English fluently and makes the communication and all the arrangements a peace of cake.
For a relax vacation in Kini, we can definitely
recommend Soula's apartments.
