Chrysoula has been an amazing AMAZING host. First we felt like it was family, she took care of our well being and confort. She also offered us many cakes and food that she made. The room was stunningly clean, of of the cleanest appartement I have ever seen in Greece ! The bathroom is also wonderful, and it’s 1 min away from Perima Cave !
We also forgot a bag that Chrysoula’s daughter sent us by bus, and it really save our stay.

The host is very polite. He gave us hints about the tourist attractions. There were two free rooms so we had a choice. The bed is comfortable, there is an air conditioner.
The village is very beautiful with romantic narrow streets. It is very close to Ioannina (around 40 minutes by foot to the city Center of Yoannina), there is a bus to Yoannina but we didn’t manage to find its schedule.

We stayed at this beautiful characterful property with friends in September 2024. It’s been renovated to a very high standard, literally everything feels and looks brand new. Family run, by charming and friendly hosts, who are always available with advice and local recommendations. The location is good, on the lakefront just beyond the castle walls, with plenty of options to eat, drink and sightsee close by. The town centre is a 7 minute walk. Breakfast is plentiful and good quality, served in a lovely room or in the courtyard.

A charming conversion of an old house right in the centre of Ioannina, close to the citadel and a wide selection of cafes, bars and restaurants, but in a quiet back street. We were easily able to drop off our luggage at the hotel, and the private parking was nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
Everything was great: the position, very central, with charming and quiet surroundings, the private parking, the interiors design, the warm welcome, the attention to the details and the kindness and efficiency of Alexis.
The house is amazing for families like ours (6 people). It's like a palace, decorated with special good taste, very clean, comfortable and well kept, in a great location. Very comfortable beds and luxury bedding. Fully equipped. Excellent private garden, beautiful view, easy access, close to town. Katerina was very generous, helpful with tips for places to visit and an extremely kind host. She is so lovely, and makes you feel right away at home. The place stand out and more to our expectations.
Cozy and clean apartment with a pleasant smell inside. Even though the apartment is located in the city center, it was very quiet. Private garden with outdoor furniture. 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea are also provided. Large and comfortable bed. The host was friendly and very accommodating, he allowed me to keep my luggage.

Great location! Apartment is located in the quiet street close to city center, on a walking distance to the lake and citadel. There’s a free parking space right next to the building. Everything was perfectly clean. Beds were very cozy. Apartment contained everything we needed, plus the host was very pleasant and kind. We most certainly recommend staying here!
