Manuel met me promptly and was helpful and polite. The building was very clean, inside and out. The bathroom is updated. The location is great especially if you need to catch the train or the RA 2 bus to Heathrow. Lots of restaurants and shops very close by. This was my second stay and I was very happy both times

Everything about this property is outstanding! Clean, comfortable, great location, and the owner, Sue, is so kind, friendly, and accommodating, she made us feel right at home. The property is located just a short walk from High Street, which we found to be very convenient as we did not travel by car. The room and bathroom were spotless, that includes the kitchenette, which also had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable as well as the couch.
