Was all very clean, comfy beds and everything you needed was there. Was especially useful to have the tea, coffee (normal and decaf), some biscuits and the milk in the fridge for us in the morning. The outside space was really nice and well looked after. It was a shame it rained in the morning, so we were not able to have our hot drinks there. Perhaps next time! We did not meet Anna and Nick, but they were available via messages to confirm we could use the parking in front of the house once there. Thank you!

Breakfast was lovely freshly cooked to order and whilst you were waiting there was cereal, yogurts or fresh fruit to choose from. Jayne is a lovely B&B owner and knows the area very well. No TV in the bedrooms but a comfortable TV lounge is available.
Location is fine, a bus which is the coast explorer one takes you into Weston Super Mare.
Super dog friendly beach, Sandy Bay Beach is within walking distance.
Lovely dinners, we went twice to South Sands Hotel, is also within walking distance.

Hosts were exceptional, so welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much.
Little touches make your stay 5 star. Every need and requirement has been considered. From toiletries to a variety of teabags in the room. TV with all the entertainment Netflix and prime etc, fresh water ready next to the bed. Bathroom fully equipped.
Max the beautiful Golden Retriever is so loving and well behaved. There for a cuddle or some fuss or if you prefer he will leave you to relax.
Mel and Cai are just the loveliest people and very good at what they do. All information on hand regarding what to do in the local area , including info on parking and access to everything.

The staff were lovely, the hotel was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Great location too. I dont remember requesting a quiet room but it was quiet!! Good breakfast too! I'll definitely go back.

Excellent breakfast with various options - full English cooked to perfection. Comfortable bed, lovely clean accommodation in a quiet location overlooking a park. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the town centre. Local bus service stops nearby with routes to Bristol, Wells etc. Jane and Tony bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable and were most accommodating in providing help and information when asked. The perfect hosts providing a home from home experience. Would definitely return if staying in the area again.
Great location. Friendly staff Lisa and Team, wonderful chef. Excellent breakfast great choice and have as much as you like. Pastries, porridge, yoghurts, fresh fruit. Tea and coffee, juices. Full English and service with a smile. Lots of seating areas with TVs and good WiFi. I was on 4th floor and worked entire stay. Good for price paid. Bed and pillows were comfy, and good for the price. They put on bingo and live entertainment when able to.
Clean, great location, quiet at night in our room (no traffic noise) though we were at the back of the hotel, excellent breakfast included in the price. Staff were all young but very friendly and helpful, no complaints.
It’s not The Ritz, but we didn’t pay Ritz prices and thought it was excellent value for money.
Re breakfast, it did state continental breakfast and that’s exactly what we got and more. There is NO FULL ENGLISH, which it doesn’t offer, so please don’t complain if you don’t get one.
