We had a wonderful stay! The host was very kind and welcoming. She even improvised a lovely dinner next to the cosy fire, when we arrived late, wet and exhausted by bike. The old school has been renovated beautifully and with great attention to detail.

The location. Absolutely immaculately clean and tidy. Lovely little private garden. Large rooms for a cottage. Large shower. Would most likely book again.
Great location. Authentic miner's cottage, flagged floors, dark timbered ceiling and cupboards, fun to light woodturning stove and AGA. The heat pump air-conditioning in the lounge added warmth on a very cold weekend. Internet worked well. Mini bathroom in main bedroom very hand.

A quiet location in a beautiful part of the world with guaranteed, easy parking and good facilities - the shower was excellent. We had access to logs/kindling had we wished to have a fire. Dog friendly.
