Food was amazing. Dinner menu was quite simple like fish and chips or sausage and mash but there were specials too. Don’t eat unless you’re hungry. Not only were the meals cooked perfectly but the portions were enormous. Nobody in the dining room had a dessert after such great food. We loved the fact that the rooms were separate from the pub so that if we were there in the summer with many people we wouldn’t have been disturbed. The bedroom was large with plenty of room,a table and chairs, tea, coffee and biscuits. The bathroom was big too and although the shower was over the bath the bath was a large corner bath so it was lovely and roomy for the shower. The staff were very friendly and totally on the ball.
