Nicely decorated and very cosy. Bathroom was amazing including the big spa bath. Breakfast was 10/10! Big portions and alongside cooked breakfast had some cereal and fruit as options. Mattress was to die for! Really soft and comfortable. There was a box as you went up the stairs with some games you could take to your room,, so we had a fun time playing guess who! Really lovely stay and a really great price for you what you got. Would definitely recommend

Redesdale Arms, hotel in Wark

Overlooking the Rede Valley, this guest accommodation is set in Northumberland International Dark Sky Park.

A really nice clean hotel that we did stay at a few years ago but one we usually pass on our way to somewhere else. The property has definitely improved since our last stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was very good, and clearly popular. The breakfast in particular was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Spacious accommodation, all rooms were decorated to a high standard. The beds were comfortable. Clear instruction on arrival and departure. Lovely garden for everyone to use. The location was great, very quiet at night. There's a village shop across the road selling everything you might need for your stay. We will definitely stay in the apartments again.

I enjoyed the location, the quaintness of the oldy worldly ambience. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and attentive. The garden was in full bloom which being summer, one would expect. Still nice to see though.

We stayed a weekend in a family room which was clean, quiet and comfortable, and v nice toiletries provided :) We appreciated the breakfasts being cooked to order rather than the usual self service buffet. Enjoyed the evening meals too and thought the menu extensive enough to keep us happy for a few days. We did the stargazing event one night and would recommend it. We liked the location as we were visiting the Roman Wall sites and it was an easy drive. Staff were friendly and good service thank you.
