The cabin was deceivingly spacious, clean, private and well equipped in terms of basic mod cons: sinks, microwave, small fridge and hot shower, toilet and a heater, tv, hanging rail… and a little dining table and chairs outside. It was a great glamping experience due to this- and very cosy. The grounds are nice too with a parking space each, picnic benches and it was a short walk across the field through to Trosley country Park and a lovely walk through the forest with stunning views.

Really friendly. Explained where we were and how the lodge is set up.will be looking to stay again. The heating was a small oil filled radiator which heated the lodge very quickly and stayed warm during the night. Breakfast was cereals, eggs toast and marmalde which was in the cabin for us, also kettle with tea and coffee. Bed was comfortable and the nights were quiet and great sky views without light pollution. It is literally 5 minutes drive to brands hatch so a great base for that.
