On arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome.
Our room was sea facing and was just amazing in all aspects. View, bathroom, tea and coffee facilities & water and what a comfy bed.
Such a cracking breakfast too again sitting looking at the wonderful view.
Our little dog Doris (miniature Schnauzer) was made very welcome too.

Beautiful room, decorated with local artwork, and an amazing view of sea and mountains. Exceptional breakfast, ordered the evening before from an imaginative selection. Fabulous location, access to the lovely beach via the garden. Really friendly host, with lots of great tips for our onward travel. We only stayed one night but could happily have stayed much longer.

Fantastic spot outside of Ullapool. Aiden and Neil were wonderful hosts and provided us with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with excellent views of the Loch and town. The common area was great to sit and relax in, and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Ullapool.

Lovely big quiet room, with a good view of the loch fron a private balcony that had flowering plants and seating. The room was super clean, with comfy beds and good quality bedding and pillows, powerful shower and the addition of a light up mirror was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal hotel

Have stayed in this Hotel before. Great location especially coming from the Ferry Terminal. It has lovely views over the Loch and close to everything for shopping, walking etc. Meals were excellent. Had wonderful Fish and Chips. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Nice quiet room.
An amazing b and b, almost like a small boutique hotel. The rooms were meticulously clean and the understated details just made it perfect. The staff were attentive and lovely, nothing seemed too much trouble. The warm welcome we received on arrival just set the whole tone, with whisky and shortbread.
We loved this place, and will return.
