Simply incredible. Everything went above and beyond our expectations. The place, the room, the view... even the drive there - it's Skye, after all - is incredible. There is not much to say. You'll wake up wanting for more of everything the place as to offer. The little house is only 15-20 minutes from the Old Man of Storr, and no longer than 30 minutes from many other attractions and hikes in the area. Portree - the main village of the area - is a mere 35 minutes away. The only minor letdown was the breakfast. More than enough, always ready on the table, but it was "just" readymade oatmeal cups, milk, cereals and do-it-yourself coffee and tea. Yes, I would've rather have had a proper scottish breakfast, but I guess it would be crazy - non ironically - to ask the host to keep up with the schedules of hikers, joggers, late-birds and whatnot as to properly provide the Scottish breakfast experience.
