The location is stunning. An absolute wealth of invaluable advice on walks and places to visit from the host. Breakfast was fabulous.

Food was lovely...especially the Brownies
Staff friendly and welcoming, and even had little treats for the dog when she was in the bar
Lovely view of the Loch from our bedroom, and loved the ferry ride to the hotel.

The shared lounge area and extra facilities were fantastic. I found the shared spaces (lounge, kitchen, drying room, sauna) created a lovely convivial experience between guests from all backgrounds.

Amazing hosts, stunning views, great comfort! We loved small details that made our stay special such as beautifully served (and plentiful) breakfast with a view, homemade cake awaiting us after a day-long journey, small treats in the room etc. The room and bathroom are spacious, cozy and well equipped. The location is great by itself but also to discover the region. Hosts were just amazing and recommended us routes / things to do. We loved everything!

We had a wonderful stay! We were attending a wedding nearby and stayed here for two nights. Very comfortable, spacious room and wonderful views from the property. Breakfast is great and Mike, the host, is very friendly and helpful. The pub nearby makes for a convenient and delicious dinner option (make sure to book in advance) but be careful when walking there as it's a busy road with no clear footpath.

Liz and Mike have an absolutely beautifully appointed home. It is immaculately clean. All the furnishing were so tasteful. Liz excels in providing an amazing breakfast. Mike is so helpful in providing great ideas, locations and activities to fill in your time. They are the perfect hosts, it felt very homely.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Heatherbank Guest House was idyllic - welcoming and so perfectly quaint. It was a bit off the beaten path, but certainly worth it. Aside from our booked room, which was so cosy - the lounge area provided another great spot to enjoy. Breakfast was exceptional. Couldn't ask for any better. Would certainly recommend a stay here.
Beautiful location, amazing scenery and quiet surroundings. Minutes from peaceful beach. Friendly staff that make you feel welcomed and at ease. Hot tub and sauna were nice extras you don't always find easily in these locations.
We loved everything about this B&B!! The views over the mountains were absolutely breathtaking and the location itself was so quiet and peaceful. Paul and Lorna were superb hosts and the rooms had everything we could have wished for. The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit salad which we had really missed at previous accomodations. We all would be delighted to come back for another stay!
