Holly Lodge is a Victorian house set in its own garden grounds and within the conservation village of Strathpeffer. This family owned B&B has views over the rooftops and church spires of the old spa village and beyond to the surrounding hills. Free WiFi is offered and parking. Pets are welcome.

Holly Lodge was so welcoming and comfortable. Fiona was an amazing host, very knowledgeable about the area and did everything to ensure our stay was memorable. From the amazing breakfasts, to the hot water bottle when sitting in the conservatory. The location is the perfect postcard picture, the views are outstanding. It was very quiet and a great starting place for some lovely walks. Including a walk around the stunning golf course just minutes up the road. I highly recommend Strathpeffer and Holly Lodge and if possible, spend a few days.

Hotel is super clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We were given ear plugs in the room, and since it’s a Saturday night we expected some noise from the bar but we didn’t pick up much of it.
