Mike and Sue are great hosts. Very friendly and accommodating, including giving us a lift to a wedding venue nearby. Locally sourced cooked breakfast was delicious. Room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the hill towards Devil's Dyke.
The Windmill Inn is a 17th-century country pub with 2 bars, 3 dining areas and a beer garden. Free on-site parking is also available.

The room was lovely - other than the fact that the television did not work well. Despite Kelly's best efforts - it was unwatchable as it was pixilating, freezing, and buffering.
Dinner was delicious. Breakfast was as expected.
But - the staff were wonderful! All of them. Particularly Kate. Nothing was too much trouble. She was attentive, efficient and very friendly. You have a real star there!!
This property is opposite the beach. Offering a terrace and views of the sea, Marine View Guest House is set in Worthing, 16 km from Brighton & Hove. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar.

The choice of tea in the bedroom (and that fresh milk was available if asked for, the breakfasts. The menu was good and well prepared.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
We stayed in Combe Cottage which is in a very private, quiet location (we didn't hear a sound all week). Absolutely loved it! It's a great size and has great facilities: the kitchen had everything we needed and much more besides. The bed was huge and extremely comfy.
We also really liked Steyning. A lovely town with great local shops and plenty to see.
Would definitely return if we're in the area again.
It was clean, modern & felt very private & quiet when staying in the annex building.
Amenities in the room were exceptional with Sky TV & sockets available all round the room

The breakfast was buffet style and the choice of full English and continental was very good indeed. Bacon a little dry ! Location in charming village was quiet and charming.
The Castle Inn is a charming hotel, great location in the South Downs and such a cute village. The owners and bar staff are very friendly especially the breakfast crew. And the Breakfast is really good. We had one of the garden rooms which was very comfortable.
Room was a good size, bathroom offered a shower cubicle and a separate bath. Fronted the main road but it's a quiet village so no excessive traffic noise.
Good parking to the rear but should that have been full there is a large free public car park literally across the road available.
