This period property has been a coaching inn since the 18th Century, and is located in a richly historical area of rural Norfolk. The Bedingfeld Arms has been restored with stylish interiors and bright en suite rooms.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL hotel. Our rooms were stunning. Comfortable huge beds. Had tea and coffee stuff, would have been nice to be given a non dairy milk option as I'm lactose intolerant. Plenty of towels given, hair dryer, TV etc. The food was delicious and well presented, staff were also very friendly and helpful. Cute little church next door, and a garden which is probably lovely in warmer months.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of cereals, fresh fruit and cooked items. The owners were very accommodating and let us access our rooms early so we could change for a wedding. The room was very comfortable.

Brilliant, cooked specially whilst you enjoy fresh fruit and yoghurt and some excellent juice. Possibly the most relaxing breakfast I've enjoyed, the conservatory is bright and airy with radio 4 playing in the background. The overall experience is akin to staying in an antique shop (the owners other business), with each room individually and uniquely themed and furnished, one even with a four poster bed!

I had a great stay at chalk and cheese the owners were absolutely fabulous couldn’t do enough for you great location as I had a big party here the weekend and it was five minutes down the road. Enjoyed it so much stayed another night and went to the beach which was lovely which the owner told me the best want to go to. I will definitely come here again and recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a home from home bed and breakfast with a lovely ambience and atmosphere and the owners were terrific

Chalk and Cheese is set in a beautifully quiet location. The hosts were very helpful and the room was very, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was superb. There was a great range of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt as well as a wonderfully freshly cooked plate of food with toast. We could only spend one night - but would have been more than happy to have stayed longer.
