The property is on the road to Cromer, convenient for a short walk to the town centre, Tesco and the High Street leading to the beach. ( There is also a newly refurbished quiet pub next door which provides excellent food and service. ) The front of the property is a convenience store, with the accommodation at the near. The pre-arrival contact was very good. On arrival our friendly host came out to direct us into a parking space as it is quite tight behind the building.
The lady who served breakfast was very chatty and the choice of food was very good.
