The room was as described and very comfortable. It included a wonderful, cooked to order breakfast. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

    Large, comfortable, clean room with everything you could need. Beautiful old inn with great location just off the M6 but quiet. Filled with character and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and evening meal were both excellent.

    After a day out walking on the fells this was a perfect place to stay. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, quiet location, comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast. Couldn't ask for anything more.
