Dating back to 1726, the Brook Barn B&B is located on the outskirts of Liverpool. With free WiFi available throughout and free secure gated parking, this small non-working farm is 5 minutes' drive from John Lennon Airport.

The owner was really nice, I couldn't walk much but he drove us to the town and to the airport. He also makes good breakfast and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was amazing too. It was the best last night in Liverpool I could have hoped for. 10/10

Cannot fault this place. Its not the Ritz and nor should it be for the price. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable double bed. The staff were friendly and amazing. The prices were cheapest ive seen for some time in the bar. Have not got a bad word to say about this place. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely flat in a modern and quiet building. The view was gorgeous, overlooking the river and a stunning bridge. Flat is at a walking distance from the train station (15mn), and right next to the city centre and bus station. Host was lovely and very helpful. It was very easy to communicate with them and get the keys. They sent me helpful recommendations on taxis and local shops/restaurants.

The price was a lot cheaper than anywhere else in the vicinity, not the easiest to find due to roadworks but we got there Not as good as other Campaniles, ie not 24hr, limited food, inc Breakfast Staff friendly, room quiet even though hotel was full. Hot shower, stayed 2 nights due to price and convenience Right next to station fir trips to Liverpool or Chester
