Joyce’s Barn, hotel in Redmile

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Joyce’s Barn offers accommodation with a garden and free WiFi.

As we arrived to a warm welcome we immediately felt comfortable in our surroundings. A perfect peaceful location situated just outside Bottesford. Our double room was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated with a nice comfy bed. The view from our room overlooked the large garden and pond at the back with a cottage and cattle sheds to the left. Breakfast was very nice with cereal, fruit, toast and full english on offer whilst sitting at a large communal table surrounded by lovely interesting antiques. Richard and Helen are very friendly, lovely people, and we enjoyed their hospitality.

Great stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The host gave lots of good information and advice about booking taxis, restaurants, etc, and even loaned me a choice of shawls for the wedding reception we were attending as it was outside.
