David was a fabulous host, very attentive and friendly. The room was lovely, we didn't get full use out of the terrace because we were short on time but what a beautiful area. In fact, the whole place was beautiful, very tastefully decorated. The freshly baked crossaints in the morning were delicious! Excellent location, right near Avenham Park.

We got an exceptionally cheap price. The fact that it had a microwave and plates and cutlery suited us. However the location was unexpected because we were right on a busy street. The double glazed windows shut, helped a lot! The bed was clean and comfortable.
It had 1 towel and the shower toilet space was tiny. It was OK for a quick stopover.

Nice sized room, good dining and lounge area, nice breakfast, everything clean. We asked for the keys before the standard check in, which was granted. We were very appreciative of this, as we were attending an event. Friendly staff member upon arrival.
We were given a recommended taxi company, which arrived very quickly after we attended the Radio 2 event.

A great location just a few minutes walk from the railways station. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the shared facilities good. My room was spotless and very well maintained, looking like it was almost new. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower spacious. The hotel was quiet and I managed a very good nights sleep. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.
This was a lovely stay with David who is a fantastic host. I travelled for a work conference and felt very welcome. The room is comfortable, bedding and towels are luxurious. The house is very nicely decorated. It's close to the station but quiet and private. David is a friendly and thoughtful host and makes a great breakfast in the morning as well as giving local recommendations. He also let me drop my bag off early which was very much appreciated. It was a pleasure to meet him and stay in his home.
We have stayed here before to attend Rockprest at Moor park and liked it so much that it was our first choice for the same event .
We had a room right at the top ,nice and comfortable and clean and an excellent choice of breakfast fodder in the very pleasant dining room the next morning, private parking and a level road to walk up to Moor park ,just over a mile away .We highly recommend this charming hotel ,staff are friendly and helpful
3rd time we've stayed, great location, quiet, but near city centre. House always immaculate, well turned out. Was ready early for us, our request for that wasn't a problem to owners. Highly recommended for anyone having to stay in Preston. Looking forward to next visit.
