Clean and nicely decorated room. Good mirrors. Very comfy bed. Nice warm duvet Room is tiny but had most of what was needed with a kettle and a fridge. And easy to access power points. Good hanging space for clothes. Clean towels were easy to access. The Guest house does not do breakfast which was fine as there are so many options near by.

Phenomenal value for such a boujie room. It was like Barry White's wish list fulfilled !! Spotlessly clean and even a little tube of LoveHearts in the welcome pack. Really luxurious and super inexpensive for what it was. Nice quiet residential area in Kemptown. Great comms from the owner in advance, arranging a late-ish check in. Will definitely book again.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Clayton Wickham Farmhouse is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Hurstpierpoint, 14 km from Preston Park.

We stayed in the four poster room which was beautifully furnished and spacious with views over the gardens and fields. In the morning Suzzi cooked a delicious breakfast which we took in the garden dinning room. The farmhouse was full of English charm and history throughout - a luxurious and relaxing place to stay in a fabulous rural location.

A lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of the country, The owners were very friendly and the room had everything we could have wanted - plus a side-view of the downs, particularly beautiful in the early morning. Local pub just a few metres away. While we were there, we observed a walker being offered a lift to the South Downs Way. Excellent private parking off-road.

Lovely location in a lovely quaint village. Sue and Morgan were the perfect hostes. The house itself was very cute, a typical old cottage with traditional decorations and renovated up to a very good standard. Breakfast was made to order and very tasty. The bed was a little hard, that was the only negative.

Lovely private B&B in a friendly couple's home, lovely ancient cottage. Boutique with just a handful of accommodations. Lovely cosy room with en suite. Perfectly located at the foot of Devil's Dyke as the last stay on my hike of the South Downs Way. Social too with the other walkers. Lovely pub opposite for dinner.
