Staff were great, rooms above and behind a friendly pub with decent food. Bus stop into Falmouth very close so handy for travel and having a beer works out cheaper than parking there. Room is quaint and well decorated.

We received the warmest of welcome on arrival, even at 11.30pm at night! The room was well equipped and a good size and the location was excellent for a quiet get away. There is a few things to do locally, but it's also a great location to drive to other parts of Cornwall to explore further on day trips, including Land's End and the Eden Project.

Charming house, comfortably and charmingly furnished, efficient and charming hosts. Excellent breakfast. Particularly good public rooms, for a b&b. Would love to visit in better weather to enjoy sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine.
