Parking was easier than expected, as although we arrived around 5.45pm there were still spaces available.
Room was comfortable and spacious.
Staff were friendly, helpful and polite.
Availability of food was good as the accommodation is over a pub/restaurant. Breakfast was tasty and good quality - didn’t have an evening meal but the food looked good.

It was immaculate.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Great location for walkers on the South West Coast path where Horns Cross it is located between Clevelly and Westward Ho!
It is about 1 mile off the coast path on a main road where a public bus service operates
The environment: little village, quiet place. near to the road we came from, with very friendly and helpful staff. The room is very comfortable and equipped with many things: fully equipped kitchen, fridge with freezer, washing machine.
A great value guesthouse in an area not exactly overwhelmed with reasonably priced accommodation especially in the height of the tourist season. Tina was a superb host, the bar had ice-cold cider on tap (essential after 9 hours of coastal path walking in 32+ degree heat) and the en-suite rooms were quiet and spotlessly clean. The coastal views from the back of the house were absolutely amazing - what a shame the bedrooms were facing in the opposite direction !
