Hosts Lisa & Mark made us feel most welcome . We selected Penwyth House as a location suited to our needs . It is outside central Newquay making it a very quiet B&B . We stayed 5 nights using it as a central base with which to explore Cornwall . That proved to be a wise decision as we could travel north , south or east with a drive that was no more than an one and a half hours to any destination . Breakfast was hard to fault & always had us well prepared for the day ahead .

Sarah the host was friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfasts in the mornings. Sarah provided the best service we could of asked for, we thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay. If we ever came back to stay in Newquay we would definitely stay here again.

Situated in a quiet village location.The stylish and cosy house is entered from a lovely walled garden which gives the feeling of being very private and tucked away. The room was light, tastefully appointed and comfortable . Excellent breakfasts! Mark and Lisa are very friendly, engaging and attentive.
Great location, very comfortable caravan, we were 3 adults and two children over the age of ten and nobody was stepping on anyone's feet. It was very well equipped, opposite shop which was handy but a bit to the back so private and quiet. Owner was very friendly and honest. Very clean!

Well lit room, during the day by the sun and by the ceiling and wall lights at night. Ventilated during the day, through 2 windows, and good heating at night. Excellent breakfast buffet and cheap. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa services at affordable prices. On main street and about 3 blocks from 2 beautiful beaches.
It was a quaint property with some unique things inside which made it individual! It had an outside private court area which was communal to other properties but never used by anyone else so nice and quiet! It was cozy, but the location was absolutely fab for the local beaches and harbour, shops and restaurants etc
very clean and great location with parking. Great hosts who were very responsive to enquiry texts but never in your face despite running the B and B across the road. they really care about their guests and this flat is a credit to them.
View from the room was great, more than expected. The room was a good size and good to have a private bathroom also. Great location in the centre of Newquay and entertainment facilities were beyond expectation as well. If you want a cheap and reasonable place to stay, this is a good place to crash.
