Certain units in the bed and breakfast have private entrance and are equipped with wardrobe and outdoor furniture. The units are fitted with a kettle, while selected rooms here will provide you with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. At the bed and breakfast, each unit has a private bathroom and bed linen.

The room was well decorated and well furnished, with two lovely chairs in the bay window overlooking the sea. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was lovely and spacious. Breakfast offered a lot of choice and the foot was great. The couple who run the place were also lovely. There is a sister hotel just 100m down the road where you can also order an evening meal, which gave us generous portions. I also love the honesty bar. It felt very homely and more like an apartment as we also had use of the guest lounge as well. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lee House in Lynton provided an unparalleled bed-and-breakfast experience during our 12-day tour of Scotland and England. Their breakfast stood as an uncontested culinary highlight, setting a high standard of excellence that other establishments simply couldn't match. What distinguished our stay was the establishment's nurturing atmosphere. We were treated to genuine warmth and hospitality that transformed our stay into a home-away-from-home experience. The proprietors' deep-seated knowledge of the local area proved invaluable. Their insightful guidance led us to undiscovered gems within Lynton, enhancing our appreciation for the region. In summary, Lee House is more than just a place to stay; it's a gateway to experiencing Lynton's charm, underpinned by superior service and outstanding breakfast offerings."

Great breakfast, we counted 14 different fruits in the fresh fruit salad. Delightful hosts, we had so much fun. And they gave very good advice on walks and other things to do (Exmoor Forest Safari!). And the area is stunning. Don't only use this as a stop over on your way to Land's End, it's well worth a week's holiday.

We had the double room with a balcony and it was great to be able to sit out on the balcony. Our bed was bigger than a double, which was a bonus and it was very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the cliff railway. Even though the hotel is on the main road it's very quiet at night and we slept really well. I would recommend the fresh fruit salad with natural yogurt for breakfast. Good hosts, particularly Jane who is very friendly.
