Very warm welcome on our arrival. Lovely rural peaceful setting, yet close to arterial route. Rooms were a delight spacious and tastefully decorated. We had booked a twin room but were upgraded to 2 rooms - 1 king 1 queen at no extra cost. Shared kitchen facilities worked well and continental breakfast a bonus. Would happily return.

10/10. Not only was the house and room beautiful and comfortable, but Tim and Vivi’s hospitality is outstanding. Kind and welcoming, they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Bed was incredibly comfortable, food filling and delicious (order the pad Thai!) and the shower was perfect. Room 3 is perfect if you want a private oasis with ensuite or if you are traveling with a child.

Beautiful stylish house near town centre, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Rugby, 24 km from FarGo Village, 25 km from Ricoh Arena, as well as 29 km from Kelmarsh Hall. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the guest house free of charge. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and private check-in and check-out for guests.

Great location in rugby: a quick walk to the train station or the city centre with lots of basics like groceries and takeaway in easy reach. A full kitchen (shared) is provided, with cabinet space allocated for each guest room. The room was very clean and quiet. Bathroom is shared, but is clean and modern and meets the needs. Not a lot of amenities, but everything worked and the television was good. As a basic touch-down pad for a short trip, this property was just what I was looking for.

Lovely old coaching inn with lots of character. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms matched the inn, with quite a lot of period furniture, which blended well with the building. Beds very comfortable and the rooms were nice and quiet. Excellent breakfast.

This simple bed and breakfast was very close to the M1. It’s a good location if you’re travelling up or down Britain. The room was simple, clean and quite cheap. I only briefly saw the owner and she was friendly.
