Dating back to 1820, The Castle House B and B is situated on the edge of 9 acres of mature woodland, with a private footpath to the town’s ancient walls. There is a cosy guest lounge and large garden, which features the ruins of a 16th-century cathedral.

I have felt very welcomed. Really nice view, good location, wished i have stayed longer. Really nice people Charlie and Angie are, lovely to chat with them.

This is a very simple family owned pub/ in in a VERY small hamlet with a lovely church. It’s quiet and the view of farm fields with baby lambs was lovely. The breakfast was superb and the hosts are fantastic. This isn’t the ritz and it’s in the middle of nowhere but have a drink in the pub and chat with the friendly locals- it’ll make your stay.

Quaint country pub tucked in a quiet village. Friendly bar locals, and good food . Friendly staff, and landlady Eiran is an attentive and welcoming host. Situated in a quiet village accessed by fairly narrow winding roads, but worth the trip. Food excellent room clean and comfortable , and as it is accessed by a separate corridor at the rear of the pub there was none of the intrusive noise from a bar which you can sometimes get with country pubs
