Phil and Edna were excellent hosts. Phil was able to recommend local cafes/pubs/restaurants and had a good selection of information regarding local attractions on display. The breakfasts are lovely, with something to please anyone. Edna keeps the rooms/ensuites spotlessly clean. The location is very close to the town, but surprisingly quiet.

We stayed here for the 3rd time and it's always very good. The B&B is in the centre of Llandudno so can reach many sights per feet, like the Pier an the Great Omre. Breakfast ist so good and the service is excellent. Generally the service is very good. The owners are so friendly and you feel like you're coming home every time you visit. This was not our last stay at the Clovelly.

Not only was it conveniently close to the train station, The bed was very comfy, the breakfast very tasty and the bath towel superb! I was not sure what to expect but it definitely exceeded anything I had pictured.
