The property is right on the promenade and has ample parking at the rear. I was welcomed very warmly after a long tiring trip from London and was shown to my room. This was a double room at the rear of the hotel. It was very clean with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, coffee/tea making facilities and a lovely en-suite bathroom. Also had a lovely cooked English breakfast served by a charming waitress. Thank you for a lovely nights rest.

Mandy and Dave are great. You can tell how much attention and love they have put in their Guesthouse. They have taken great care of the details, such as an excellent full English breakfast with individual french presses for your coffee. Those details is what makes the difference.
