Phil the barman helped us with numbers for local take aways that delivered, the locals in the bar were full of chat and very friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was warm and very comfortable, and quiet, giving us a restful night. If I was in the area I would stay again.

The rooms are lovely, very individual, well thought out and exceptionally clean, warm and welcoming. Tea and coffee facilities were good quality. The staff are truly lovely, friendly but not over friendly and the food was excellent. Their breakfast choices are wonderfully eclectic and locally sourced. We love this place and return regularly.
