Set 44 km from Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome, Station House Lanark Bed and Breakfast offers 4-star accommodation in Lanark and has a garden. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge. The bed and breakfast features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests.

Was made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and appreciated the time Alan took with us as we checked in being very informative about the property and the surrounding area. B&B has many different types of rooms/lodges and all have been done to a very high spec and the room we stayed in was immaculately clean and had everything we needed with many nice homely touches. Was greeted by both Alan and Avril for breakfast where i thoroughly enjoyed my full Scottish breakfast and again was very well looked after by both.

With a 4-star rating from the Scottish Tourist Board, The Scottish Equi B&B offers high-quality accommodation on Lanark Racecourse.

The area is ideal for golfing, fishing, walking and cycling holidays, and The Scottish Equi B&B lies beside the pretty Lanark Loch. New Lanark, a restored 18th-century cotton mill village, is a World Heritage Site and around 5 minutes’ drive.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Huge, delicious breakfast. Helped me call for cabs and took me to the train station when none was available. Conveniently located to visit New Lanark. Bonus friendly dog!

The Village Inn is set in the rural village of Carstairs, 42 km from Edinburgh. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site.

All rooms host their own Digital TV/DVD, tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries and fresh towels provided daily. Free wifi is available, just ask at the bar for the access code.

The dining area where we had breakfast was rather makeshift. That may be due for a change as our room looked freshly renovated and was excellent.

We chose New Lanark Mill as a cheaper stopover for a trip to Edinburgh and found a gem! It's a destination in itself with beautiful grounds, a luxury hotel experience and interesting history. We'll definitely go back and stay longer next time.

Fabulous hosts, food, cleanliness, quality of environment, location, decoration and parking. A and A just cannot do enough for you, this is how every hotel, guest house or bed and breakfast should be run! Loved the proximity to M74! Homely environment, peaceful and quiet, great night’s sleep, a very, very comfortable bed. A gold star environment in every way!

Colin was very welcoming upon arrival. Breakfast was a DIY affair, in the room upon arrival. There was a really good selection of cereals, with porridge an option, croissant, and lots of fresh fruit, and a fridge to keep everything cool, as well as the expected tea making facilities. The room was spacious and the private bathroom had a shower and a bath. Parking was easy, and the location was within easy walking distance of Lanark centre, but off the main road, so quiet.
