A lovely homey feel, clean and comfortable! The bed was amazing, especially after staying in a dodgy hotel previously. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. The check in instructions were clear and they even added in how to get to the town via public transport which was awesome!

Beautiful house, beautiful eclectic decor. Lux-cottage yet homely. The rooms glowed with cosiness. Warm, comfortable, ultra-quiet room, I felt cocooned and safe. Host greeted well and booked me a restaurant, as I was late and hungry! Gorgeous breakfast room and excellent breakfast. Attention to detail.

Great location above the superb bistro. We were on the top floor , room was a little warm but an air con unit was provided. Clean well equipped, very comfy bed. Breakfast pot, juice and hot drinks provided. Plenty of room in a free 23 hour car park just across the road. We ate in the bistro (we just had a one night stay) and can honestly say we can't remember when we last had such excellent food and service.

The property was very well equipped and the owners charming. The location was perfect and surprisingly peaceful considering its in the heart of Hurstpierpoint. Walking distance to a variety of excellent purveyors of everything from Fortnum and Mason baskets (always useful), super Deli and great coffee, especially FUEL . I have no hesitation in approving this little gem.

Becoming regular here; it's in a quiet location ideal for an evening walk over the fields and the single room was quite pleasant temperature-wise even though it had been an extremely warm day. Breakfast in the 'summer room' was very enjoyable; I could very easily have accepted the offer of more coffee... but the working day beckoned!
