The bed was super comfy. We loved our window sofa and the bathroom was spacious. Loved the sea kelp products too.

Stayed two nights while visiting friends I hadn't seen for a few years, and Moorlands B&B turned out to be a great choice! A spectacular property, beautifully decorated with a lovely garden and perfectly located for the short 10-15 minute walk into the town centre. Throughout our stay, hosts Lesley and Simon were very friendly and attentive. We had a comfortable room with en-suite and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Highly recommend and I will be booking again when I return to Helensburgh.

Norwood Guesthouse was clean and comfortable. We had a room to the back of the guesthouse, so it was quiet. Having access to a washing machine was a consideration for us. For our purposes, close to the train station and walking distance to the pub, the Loch and Balloch Castle Country Park, it was well located. The breakfast for 5 pounds was certainly worth it. Peter was welcoming, friendly and helpful in advising us of a suitable day excursion.

Warm, cosy and so well equipped. Literally had everything you could think of including tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk, laundry powder, dish washer tablet, washing up liquid, dish cloths, cooking oil etc. The hot tub was an absolute dream and the fairly lights just made it even better.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Really nice stay. Room was immaculate and staff really friendly. Room is small - compact and bijou😃 but if you only plan to sleep there it is fine. It was quiet and warm and lovely bar downstairs. Really great location in town square which has been recently renovated.
So yes - thoroughly recommend…
