Absolutely huge room with a lot of attention to detail, this was definitely a boutique experience with nice touches such as complimentary pastries on offer. Location was really nice and the continental breakfast was rich, varied, and plentiful. The self check-in worked flawlessly and communications from the hotel were good. Excellent Thai restaurant opposite the place too. Would definitely stay here again!

Cosy, characterful and really well designed. It's "a bedroom" but it's actually completely self contained. Immaculately clean. There's enough cutlery etc and a fridge to store and make breakfast but you don't need to rent a whole cottage with kitchen in Hebden anyway because you night as well go out for dinner (would recommend the Trades Club). Very easy walk from the train and 2 minutes from town centre.

From start to finish our hosts couldn’t do enough for us. After showing us to our beautiful room and explaining how to get inside should we be late returning from our evening celebration they checked we were having breakfast the following morning and booked a taxi to collect us that evening. We had a lovely chat with them and heard about what they had done since taking over the property a year ago. It felt so comfortable and friendly, having a couple of drinks in the bar with the locals, prior to going out. Breakfast was ample and beautifully cooked. And to cap it all………when we arrived home I realised we had forgotten to empty a couple of drawers. John the owner kindly arranged for the items to be sent on to us . We will definitely be returning.
