Very friendly welcome in central hayfield. But it is not b and b as no breakfast iin price.A nice place if spend 1 night crashout after long walk and beers, but very noisy room, squeaky floorbords and very noisy plumbing system so hear other occupants flushing loos and showering and coming and going. Had a nice breakfast when tea room opened but very limited as owners do not offer normal English breakfast as pork omitted.Very popular for afternnon teas as cakes look scrummy.

Lovely quiet little cottage in a great location. Although the annex is part of the farmhouse it is very private and peaceful, and feels quite separate. Very friendly helpful hosts who let us house our bike in their barn. Lovely comfortable bed and bedroom, really good shower, good facilities throughout, cosy sitting room and kitchen, everything you need for a comfortable stay in a beautiful area.

Fantastic cottage with everything you will ever need. All the furniture and household contents are top quality and very much deserve the title of a boutique cottage. Location is great down a little track out of the way. Great location for walkers.
