Easy to find and in a great location for visiting Hadrian’s Wall and nearby Roman forts and museum. Very comfortable, clean, quiet accommodation and welcoming staff. Dinner in the adjoining historic inn was excellent and well above standard pub grub.

The room has many nice features including an attached glass solarium seating area that expands the space, and is where you have an excellent breakfast. Great hosts too!
