Lovely friendly hotel in the Greenock, handy for the station and the cruise terminal, and close to parkrun. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was good and very reasonable. We didn't have the afternoon tea, but it did look very inviting. Comfortable quiet room.

Location was great!! We had a sea view and it was absolutely gorgeous - Greenock is a lovely wee town and it was quite quiet where we stayed. The staff were lovely - only saw John but he was great and said he was always on hand if we needed anything! Also AMAZING value for money!!

Booked here for a relative to stay whilst visiting Greenock. Although not luxury it's got everything one needs for a lovely and comfortable stay. The room was tidy and clean as were the shared kitchen and sitting area. Well located near shops, station, cultural activities and very quiet considering the central location. Great value for money and overall a much better stay than brand name hotels in the area.
