The location was lovely, quiet and restful.The room (7) was large and very comfortable bed. The breskfast was excellent as the chef really could cook well and very pleasent each morning.

The choice of tea in the bedroom (and that fresh milk was available if asked for, the breakfasts. The menu was good and well prepared.

For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
Immaculately clean and very well laid out. For a studio apartment, it’s felt very spacious.
Had to amend our arrival time due to traffic, but owner was very responsive and you had to phone for key safe on arrival, again owner very responsive.
Pleasantly surprised towels/toiletries were provided, as it’s self catering, but very grateful. Lovely quiet location and felt very safe., with parking right outside apartment door. We would happily stay again if in the area.
It was quiet, clean and relaxing. I was just chilling out for a couple of days and it was perfect for what I wanted. I enjoyed being so high up so that I could have good views over the rooftops. It was also a nice light apartment and well thought out.
Great location and a good size property. Clean and all the basics needed such as towels, hand soap, tea towel and washing up liquid provided. Good communication from the hosts prior to arrival. Ideal for family with 2 younger children.
The location was brilliant, quiet ,very close to amenities. The accommodation was well equipped and the owner/host was very friendly and helpful. All equipment worked, but we felt, there could have been a few more plugs and usb socket. We had running hot water all day. The icing on the cake was we had a balcony and the host supplied chairs for us to sit out on. We had a lovely stay and planning to return soon.
Good location, flat was a good size. Kitchen was amazing lots of positive poins here. Rooms were well sized and roomy. TV worked well. Parking was easy and generally we enjoyed our break at this accomodation. Hosts responded very quickly and always positively. Flat was very clean and being upstairs wasnt too warm with the nice breeze through the windows. Neighbourhood was quiet which was great, so no passing cars or anything else. Immediate neighbours were all great as well.
Great location. Easy walking distance to the sea and amenities. Property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Parking outside was no problem. We also used the local bus service to go to Brighton, with a convenient stop nearby. The Host was very friendly, kept in touch and was easily contactable.
The Loft Apartment itself was like a “very cosy” home for home for us, with all the required amenities. Nice and quiet and just a few minutes walk from the shore. The people in the area are also nice and polite. We would definitely use their facilities again and would definitely recommend!
The property is very well located by the sea side in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. You can find some parking in front of the building if the road is not too busy. It's a very nice place to stay if you want to see the surrounds or even to avoid staying in Brighton while still being able to travel there.
