Lovely interesting historic property that hasn’t been spoilt by over modernisation. Comfortable modern bedroom with good bathroom. Daily top up of tea/coffee/biscuits during room service. Ground floor room suited our needs perfectly as we were traveling with our small elderly dog. Lots of stairs are difficult for him to negotiate now.

Hayley and steve were so lovely, such a warm welcome.. hayley had communicated days before with textes, emails.. even had a text day before saying we could get in our room earlier... cleanliness of the hotel and room we stayed in was excellent... lovely surprise for us in our room on behalf of hayley and steve..
Breakfast was excellent.. nothing too much trouble..
